This is the number one question I am asked. 

I have tried to merge all the appointments onto one tab BUT I'm better with dogs than technology, so until I become more tech savvy, here's how you do it:

Each time slot has its own tab - 8:30am, 11:00am, 2:00pm and 5:00pm

If you select 8:30am, you will be shown ALL available 8:30am.  

If you select 11:00am, you will be shown ALL available 11:00am.  

If you select 2:00pm, you will be shown ALL available 2:00pm.  

If you select 5:00pm, you will be shown ALL available 5:00pm.  

You will receive a confirmation upon booking and then a reminder message two days prior to your appointment.

Sometimes life happens and appointments need to be changed.  

Please send me a text or give me a call at 905-464-5333 and I will cancel the appointment for you. 

Please do give me as much advanced notice as possible so someone else can use that spot.

You will receive a confirmation upon cancellation.

Sometimes life happens and being late cannot be avoided.  Please do your best to be on time. Please send me a text or give me a call asap at 905-464-5333.  

Tardiness causes appointments to run into each other.  Many dogs come here specifically because they will be the only one here and they might not play well with others, if you know what I mean.  So it's important for appointments to start and end on time.

If you are running late, send a text upon your arrival.  The doorbell sets some dogs off and causes chaos in friends who prefer a calm environment.

I know they won't run away from you because they love you and they know they absolutely have the best life ever, ummm OBVIOUSLY! However, in a new environment, even with me (who's basically their second best friend), sometimes nervous fluffballs do what they do and they hide under things or try to escape like little Houdinis.  NOT today Fluffy! NOT on my watch!
